Project 3 - Project Communication Model

The below extract is from the Deakin University SRM181 Project Management 1 2009 Trimester 1 Unit Guide:

You are required to approach a commercial organisation (preferably in the building and construction industry) and document the communication model/system of this organisation. Alternatively, the communication model can refer just to one of their projects.

You can work individually, team up or be randomly allocated to a group (learning partnership) of up to three students for this assignment. An exclusive discussion forum will be created for your partnership, which you require to use to collaborate with your partner(s). You can work in the same team for both group projects in this unit. The outcome for this project is a professional report which documents and analyses the organisation’s or project’s communication system.
